Being able to transfer a license from one property to another in residential zoning districts will be a big issue in the future and there is a cap on the number of permits allowed in specific zoning areas.

Most borrowers that close conventionally can transfer the title to an LLC post closing.

I am 25 years old, since I was 9 my dad made me read the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and 1 year an a half ago I was transferred to USA from work, in that book he talks about financial freedom and real state, so  I recently bought the book how to invest in real estate, by Joshua and Brando (I am still on page 120) however with each page my interest increased, which lead me to this forum. 

Also it appears the company they want to transfer the loans to I looked up on NMLS consumer access is not licensed.... 

If you have a loan, you may wish to look into due-on-transfer clauses.

When using the Fannie/Freddie/Federal Home Loan Bank second home occupancy loan and you transfer title within the first year to an LLC that the borrower is majority owner of it will not trigger the due on sale clause as long as you can attest that it will continue to be a second home.

Public records show a deed transfer from Ace Hospitality Managers LLC to Relianse Extv LLC on 11/16/2022.  

I’m the sole owner of the LLC, would I be keeping the property in that name or it would it have to be transferred over to my personal name to be financed conventionally? 

The property is in my name and transferring the title to the LLC is not a possibility.
