There are a lot of good restaurants, especially a few very good Indian places. 

There does seem to be a concentration of Indian background owner/operators.

Indian real estate market specially in big metropolitan city like Mumbai have really good ROI.

It is just a part of my overall strategy which has 3 parts, 1-year long rentals, 2-the VRBO rental (and I may try another on the beach in Indian Shores) and then 3- my wholesale properties 

I live in Indian Trail, so it may be a stretch for me to self-manage from here.

I've seen two separate references to this house talking about how it had a wooden stockade built around it, in the mid 1700's sometime, so that people from the surrounding area could come there to take refuge from indian attack. 

We just had the Hard Rock sign a contract to open a new hotel on Indian land right in the area, and we have been attracting the likes of Amazon, Target, Walmart, Etc. for the distribution side of the equation.  2) Small commercial, in my opinion, is going to be a little rough in the future.
