Seem risky, but I like the long term appreciation outlook for lake side property in cottage country anywhere near the GTA.

Last I saw market outlook is pretty bullilsh there.

Glad it seems to be working out, looking forward to seeing how it all turns out. 

At that time who knows what the economic outlook maybe. 

Once i find this out looking from deposit receipts that someone is moving out.

Once you figure that out, look for places with strong population and job growth, urban or suburban development, and maybe a community that can cater to small multifamily, so you can do a house hack in a duplex or 4 unit.

General outlooks on the real estate market would be interesting of course, but I'd also like to hear something more focused on Michigan/North Carolina.

For those of you who wholesale or buy and hold land, what do you think the outlook will be for land (either for recreation, new builds, farming or other uses) over the next 6 -12 months?
