@Chao Liu with today’s technology agents are not needed.If you don’t have time or are have to many units to do it yourself they can be useful but... they will not do a better job than you and in most cases don’t have better marketing techniques to reach more people.

In Massachusetts, it would be equal to a 4 credit college course, so in Connecticut, it would be equal to a 6 credit college course.As much as technology is out there like YouTube with real estate videos; there is no easy way other than "Just Hitting the Books" without the technology is the best way to learn pen, paper, 10 key calculator, your textbooks and allocated study time and quiet space will help you succeed! 

I'm an IT Engineer by trade and look to leverage technology to its peak to accomplish my goals.

@Jacob BassettYes, I see these all over the place and honestly with technology and everything online, I would advise against these sales programs that you see on bandit signs.

I'm all for utilizing technology, so I'm curious to see the responses from others.  

They keep announcing more partnerships with local schools, businesses, and buying more properties for technology development centers.
