Each month a different member takes lead of the group and organizes the guest speaker, venue, etc...

The venue I have in mind is NOT suited to most peoples taste.

I think it is a much better venue for the second Summit, easy for all to get to, lots to do, numerous venue locations, etc.Plus, if you look at the stats, the largest showing of attendees as the 1st Summit were from West Coast by far.

The Parties also agree that any award tendered by the arbitrator may be entered as a judgment in the United States court in and for the district within which such award was made and enforceable as an order of said court and the Parties hereby submit to the venue and jurisdiction of that court for purposes of enforcement of any arbitration award.Good luck...and don't be a *****!

The only issue with this that they seem to have is they're  constantly changing venues so that people with the one hour drive to the meeting one week only has a 15 minute drive the next.

They are Foreclosures, just like mtg Foreclosures, so generally they're in the same venue/auction/trustee sale.

If you are looking to rotate venue, I am happy to host the next one in Monterey if there is enough interest. 

I'm in the process of finding a new venue for the December event in Woburn, so I'll post details as soon as I do.
