thanks for the reply Yes we are both on the lease, so he would be responsible to the landlord not me and legelly responsible for the rent correct, but if he decides not to pay n does not move and he is playing the back n forth game, should I report him to the leasing office, would they get involved and enforce eviction on just him or on both of us?

Is it me or have the prices for small multifamily properties in South Saint Paul higher than places like Frogtown, Dayton's Bluff, North End and definitely Payne Phalen.
