What can I do to get a Shared apartment roommate to move

Hello everyone 

I been living in my apartment for 5yrs. I got divorce an never left the apartment, I couldn't afford the apartment myself so I began to rent the rooms out. I ask the leasing office n they said it was fine as long as they qualified for the lease. 

Now I have a roommate who making life hell and He gave me a 30 notice, paid for the current month but I'm afriad he is playing games n won't pay for March 1, any advice on what I can do to get him out or if he is playing games to enforce payment thanks!! Everyone!!!
