The unit is basically open finished space if a tenant wanted to create a salon or make other major modifications, who would be expected to pay for the modifications.Thanks in advance for the thought leadership. 

They said if nothing was done that there would be a status conference on June 18th and most likely it would be dismissed but that I could ask for a continuance and it would be up to the court if they want to extend it.

I would like to set up a call/video conference every other week and have a private Facebook group that we post stuff too in between the bi-weekly calls.

Door knocking, driving for dollars, direct mail, creating a thought leadership platform and a landing page, "we buy houses" flyers, bandit signs, etc., calling rental listings on Zillow, Craigslist, etc., wholesalers, meetup groups (either attending or creating your own).

As far as the conference goes, I learned a lot from the 3 day Rich Dad workshop when I was getting started.

I was thinking of making the 1st floor conference room available on an appointment basis to the (probable) 7 separate tenants on the top floor, that way they could meet with an elderly client on the 1st floor.
