Are you making a deliberate decision on what you want to do or are you just trying to avoid getting into a situation you will not like (that can lead to short term thinking with having a clear idea on where you want to be).Set yourself some time bound and specific goals - cash flowing $X per month by the time you are 30, or whatever is your goal.

It took a lot of deliberation, but I think it was the right move for my family if not necessarily for myselfI don't think this will be permanent and part of me wants to entertain the idea of buying, refinancing, and holding and then moving to Colorado in a few years but it is obviously too soon to say.
