tons of real estate investing podcast on apple podcast such as BiggerPockets, Lifetime Cashflow through Real Estate, Multifamily investing made simple, just to name of few. don't forget to listen to motivational and self improvement podcasts because mindset is everything 

@Geoffrey S.There is a learning curve if you are unfamiliar with accounting or never used the software before.I would suggest watching the tutorial on how to use the software.

Basically, any good that doesn't get additional value from the fact that it is old like a collector's watch or some wines for example.

Finisar I believe is some kind of apple product assembler....they had moved the plant to Malaysia about 5-6 years ago, but recently moved it back, another local hospital Wilson-Jones in Sherman, two colleges Austin College is 4 year and has a couple of Master programs. 

It is currently an Excel spreadsheet (which works best for it) but can turn into Google Sheets or Apple's Numbers also (although the formatting may be thrown off with those options for the graphs).
