So a move from structure to raw land is fine as long as you're intending to hold that land for productive use. 

Vinyl plank is a great product. 

If you are less tired and stressed out, your productivity will be much greater.Our lives are our biggest asset.

If it is just open minerals with no production, there may not be a lot of value.

Long term: cautiously optimistic but think we'll ultimately see real positive movement and change.That said, we've bought more product this year than we ever have in the past 14 years combined so I think there's potential in just about any market!
