Prices can vary quite a bit, so shop smart.Bath fixtures: Big Box stores and faucetdirect.comFlooring: LumberLiquidators.com and sub contract labor to install (found on craigslist.com)Just need to do online research to find pricing and locations that work for you.

It will vary by area & asset class.Out where I am 10% monthly & 1 months rent is common.3 or 5 SFR is a very small portfolio so I would not expect to get a price break at that size.
