Update your insurance.If they do, inform your insurance company about the change in your property's use.

We had flood and business income loss and it was covered.

They (HOA manager, HOA president, and HOA attorney) inform me that there's a super lien on the property and that I have to pay it.Of course I pulled an O&E before purchase and there was only the mortgage lien (foreclosing lien) on the property. 

I have about $20k and looking to start investing in real estate. 

I have both STR and LTR here, and my STR does as well as properties at the beach.
