I'm going through the closing process and my mortgage agent is giving me a quote of $750 for the appraisal.

We are looking for recommedations for agent/broker/realtor in the Fairfield County Connecticut area.Wanting to build a relationship with someone who understands REI.  

My next question, maybe you can help me with, how do I find the best Real Estate Agent in a specific area?

I am also a real estate agent and partners with my partner (investor, friend and owner of DJB Properties) in working to expand in sales, rehabbing, and expanding our property management.

I'd recommend contacting multiple local real estate agents who work in Trotwood to get better insights into the area.

Find out what their buying criteria is, and start a cash buyers list and put them on it.You can also have an agent pull up properties recently(3-6 months) sold and paid for with all cash.

The reason I say that I am an Investor friendly Agent, is that I know time is of the essence, in every which way of the phrase.

Anyone have a good agent recommendation?
