I'm a newbie to the investment world and ready to finally get serious about purchasing my first multi family rental property. 

I don’t anticipate it being easy for a large family to find another suitable place in just 2 months... any suggestions on how to fairly handle this while still being able to accomplish my goals of having it ready to be viewed in just 4 months? 

Similar to a hotel, you're going to have to clean after someone leaves to get it ready for the next guest(s).

Getting ready to finance first house but needing little help on deciding where or which bank to go to?

My question is how did you know you were ready to make that first purchase?

Kinda makes sense now.By comparison, we finished renovating 2 other units over the summer so that they were ready in late July.  

They've driven there to ck out the area and now ready to see it. 

If you knock out all of them you will have gained a ton of knowledge to get you ready to start investing.
