I’m a new real estate investor looking to build a team

hi, my name is Bryan and I am a young real estate investor trying to start up, I currently live in Vancouver, Washington and I am looking to invest in Washington and Oregon also. If anyone could give me any advice on how to start off or how you got started that would be much appreciated. Along with that I’m looking to build my team as well. realtors, contractors, attorneys, buyers, lenders, etc. If there is any in the area I would love to get in contact.
