If you look at this as a regular business, its revenue is $82k, and its expenses are $41k, so the gross profit is $41k.

Scheduling is the biggest headache , you may be sitting idle for 2 to 3 weeks because a sub is busy , of another sub was running behind , or an inspection failed .

Rental property that you run as a business is a different story.

The business of being a landlord is about providing great customer service.
