I have a great credit but my student loans of over $30K have somewhat become an albatross.

I have already had the conversation with one tenant who is a student and he admits the charge but is trying for a reduction, other tenants are clear.

I also suggest you check out at least one of the national lien teachers and buy training that attracts you.
