Now, while this is actually sort of standard cash-flow policy in other industries, due to the way residential construction lien laws work; if the bills are unpaid on the project you own, you can actually be held liable if invoices go unpaid, the builder goes out of business and the vendor sues.However, using a good title company negates this risk entirely and these projects can be extremely lucrative for all involved.

You will understand a lot of the talk on this forum strictly from reading a good book....

I don't see anything wrong with adding Spanish as a second "official" language as long as the percentage of the population that speaks Spanish as their primary, or only, language is large enough to offset the costs associated with redesigning all the federal forms and bureacracy, laws and customer service and advocacy rights, and CSPAN, and US postal service, etc...are justified.

The book was thick and i wasnt sure if these were pending law suits on the property or just judgments against the individual and if they are forclosing on the property.Thank'sShawn

I would check with the laws in your state.

Even those of us who are law abiding citizens will be lumped into a demograpic that is illegal and unconstitutional to be even be genated.

A friend has family that lives there and he also goes for the beaches etc.I was wondering about the laws for real estate etc, taxes, blah blahBill W
