I think the stuff hits the fan as far as the economy goes-I think this is the election you want your party to lose so they're not taking the heat for what has already been set in motion.With my thoughts that things are going to get bad, I'd much rather not have somebody that's going to ignore new information and continue on a set in stone path, even when proven wrong.

Short sales provide a much better profit potential in most, but not all cases.Both REO, as well as short sale purchase present their own difficulty.These are almost never straight forward, or easy transactions in my experience.

So I ended up doing a copy of the file path in my Windows Explorer (file explorer, not internet explorer), and then I did a paste into the text area for the file name as a workaround.
