I've bought some courses that I never really dove deep into either.

If not, I wouldnt have an issue hiring one, so as long as Im not operating at a loss (of course).However the reality, so I have been told, is that it would take a long time to make any real equity or other profit from a rental unit, and thus, would make it hard to purchase additional property in the short term future.

Of course, you will find out that other investors might be calling them regardless of the DNC rules, but you don't really want to get mixed up in that.

The VALUE of a college education has declined faster than the increasing cost for same.Lots of examples are readily available- go to your nearest college and look up the course offerings...

.:)Read everything you can on these forums (you'll find a quite a bit of information online for free).Join a local real estate club and network..ask tons of questions and get out there.As far as courses go - I personally like Ron Legrand's "Wholesale/Retail" course.

This type of investment is dancing in a lot of people's eyes right now and I'd love to have something I could hand around, with your name and number on it of course.

i can't afford to shell out $350 or so(what they are going for on ebay) on a wholesaling course (such as Scott Rister's, Vena Jones Cox's, or Kris Kirschner's courses), i was hoping to pick one up for around $50, used is fine. if anyone has one, and would like to sell it to me, let me know... just email me at [email protected]

I don't intend to hold on to anymore until I see where the market will end up.As I said I floundered a lot in the begining but once I found a mentor my success got on track.My mentor was a RE investment course that I took and learned all of the strategies I just mentioned.
