I just sold a house in Hearthstone Place for $145K, and I have my eye on 3 homes in that area that need work and on the market for $119K to $130K.Inside the beltway there are nice developments along Windfern and in Silver Lake Trails.

I'm gonna sound like a "Doomsday Prepper" but food, water, sustainable farming, gold, silver and real tangible assets, (not paper assets) are going to be the only thing that matters in the future IMO.

This included painting the entire unit, a new refrigerator, new stove vent, window screens, blinds, shower caulk, carpet clean, removal of left behind items, HVAC service, level ac unit, replace smoke detectors, replace toilet seats, and several other small items.

Tenant on the lease claims she is gone and no longer responsible, Sheriff has not executed the final writ dues to Covid-19 and neighbors claim some people are coming in an out of the apartment, selling drugs and smoking weed outside bothering the other 3 tenants.
