I resold the house for 390k of course we are our own agents so will net about 375k out of it now i am in two lots that have market value of 100 to 120k EACH for roughly 25k total.. all done during the escrow for maybe 2k out of pocket. its simply does not get any better than this.. if you know how to do it..

Simply walk away and move on. 

I've talked to a few folks that like Dallas as well...seems to be a tough market to enter right now.

When you run the numbers on a 3 family, it is hard to simply approach it with commonly discussed strategies, such as BRRRR, when everyone seems to think that they're building is worth over 120k per unit.

But this time you are going to enter into the Payment Field the total amount of money she or he is paying you which will be $6,000.00. 

I mean, that’s what the math comes out to when I enter a 7 year mortgage term in a calculator. 

I work with a team renting out SFH.I am the newer of the group and simply put they all say no pools.They simply aren’t open minded to it and don’t want the liabilityBut I want to educate myself so I get it’s a liability but for instance if one day I plan on having my own rental SFH or even duxplex, triplex or apartment, how or what is the best way to go about renting one with a pool?
