Then it could not be close to the trains at all, no power lines, level back yard, certain school district, close to work, low traffic side of the roads, and also private wooded lot in a subdivision with HOA that backs up to the woods and not other houses.

What will probably happen if you cloud the current owner's title is that they will have to petition the court, naming (suing) everyone in sight, including the estate as lender, in order to get you to remove it.

We haven't upgraded hardly anything except solid wood window coverings, whole-home alarm system, lights in the closets and a new kitchen sink (big whoop) but we have a very expensive hot tub in the back yard and the location of our home in relation to the rest of the neighborhood is what attracted me to the home in the first place (corner lot, backed up to a wash, sunset in the backyard, sunrise in the front, no house facing our front door).

Guess they'd have time to paint but not mow the yard LOL.So I just don't want to seem to "mean landlord" but at the same time want to have some standards.I guess I would consider it in the master bedroom, which has a wood laminate floor, and I considered repainting anyway as the color is a very pale off-white but w/a slight purple undertone.
