Hi Everyone

My names Nikolette and I'm new to BP. I am in the process of purchasing my first piece of a real estate (two family home -I plan to live in one apt & rent the other). I'm new to the real estate game as well so looking to learn as much as I can. Anyone from the upstate NY area on here?

I'm interested in picking up other multi family homes as well as getting into the rehab side of the business.
