This may sound straightforward to most but I would like to know being a Canadian Citizen, if i wholesale (assign) deals in US using my US Based LLC, are their going to be any tax liabilities arising out of those transactions?

I am evil so if they said I could not list it I would put a "for sale" sign the yard.If they said anything about the sign we would be in federal court so fast their heads would spin.They would pay my legal fees to get the injunction against them.The sign and I believe the listing is speech.They really should not forget this is the court that decided Citizens United.The most important case about signs was in the 1970s.  

If the property does not sell at the auction and the HOA takes deed, the property is still encumbered by the 1st lien and any other liens which are senior to the HOA lien which was foreclosed.
