That is not a bad thing, and certainly they provide very valuable info despite some of the sales culture.I had thought about attending a Lindhal seminar in the past and have always thought his books and other training materials are pretty good.

The bank should already have it defined, ask your business banker “what accounts are available for my LLC” and they will have a list for you to choose from with different features and costs.

You can ask your real estate agent what the area comps are before you get started and also find out what type of features are in those homes. basically you do not want to go overboard on renovations that will not give you the best bang for the dollars put in.Example being going with granite when all the area homes have laminate...
