A New BiggerPocket Feature Idea

I just finished J. Scott’s book, “The Book on Flipping Houses”, and thought of an idea for BiggerPockets. J talks a lot about the SOW (Scope of Work), and looking through the forums, I don’t see a specific forum that shows SOW for houses in specific areas.

Since every area is different, has different labor/material pricing, why don’t we create a forum where people can post in specific areas about their cost of labor, and materials and even reference the contractors who did it?

That way investors can look up their area, check the pricing of painting, roofing, and everything else. The good contractors can then be easily reached within that area, and investors will have a much easier time with pricing. Just an instant thought that came to mind.

I know Scott is always looking for ways to improve the site, so this might be helpful.
