The biggest pain was actually getting the business checking account and credit card set up.

Once you have that conversation interiorly, then I would advise you seek an investor friendly agent and one with years of experience then said agent should be able to help you. 

Painful, I know, but considering the holding costs that you will bare to house a Tenant holdover while you are awaiting a busy court docket, it may be your cheaper option.

For now I’m seeking knowledge and information about the market and what to expect with a property.
