Albans but it looks like there may be a slightly larger, more reasonably priced selection in Swanton (we foresee rents being lower there, but still may be a worthwhile trade-off).

The trade off is if you're going to do it that way and be a steward of someone else's money make sure they're either a knowledgeable investor or that you acquire the knowledge and resources to manage it responsibly.As far as wholesaling goes to me it's the hardest thing to do in real estate.

In the period of a year, I have been able to increase my yearly income by 200%, although I am still trading my time for money and I would like to buy my time back with real estate.When I try to obtain conventional financing, the only way I have been able to get anything done is using a cosignor since I have not been self employed for at least 2 years.
