It's all pretty ridiculous and not worth the drama. 

The difference is that they list at some ridiculous made up price I can never figure out how they come up with these bogus numbers. 

what a waste of money.Block them, offer the house at a ridiculous price. texting stop sometimes works but sometimes not because when you get phone calls it sounds like the same person. 

The “suing for lost projected profits” typically won’t go anywhere.I am a contractor and have been down a tougher road as a sub to a large govt gc….ending up spending $60k in legal fees, because of their ridiculous approach and fake counter claims to scare me off, but got it all back in the end.Your case is much simpler though and it seems your greatest risk is losing your deposit.

Nothing ridiculously high

The listing looked amazing, and the price was great but not so ridiculous that it was obviously fake. 

I am sure every broker in AL, MO, TN, etc will look to sell you a property but they will be no where to be found later on after ownership and you are getting abused by property managers for ridiculous repair pricing.

Our electric costs are so expensive here it’s ridiculous.

This is supposedly a good market and it's an adorable family home + ridiculously affordable for the area.Options?
