Hi all,

Can I ask expert opinions on whether my closing costs (I'm the seller) is reasonable for a condo in Los Angeles, CA for $736,000?  Title and escrow costs alone add up to be a little over $9K (not including property taxes), and I was wondering if that's considered as industry standard?  Thanks in advance.

Details below:

Title Charges
Owner's Premium for 736K $ 2,205
City Transfer Tax $ 3,312
County Transfer Tax $ 810
Deed Recording fee $ 28
Wire/Express $ 30
Sub Escrow $ 125
Recoding Services $ 23
Notary signing Fee $ 150
Escrow
Escrow Fee $ 2,090
Processing Fee $ 300
Messenger Fee $ 50
