I started doing things like building a clothing business, being an adventure guide, photographer and most important working in my parents restaurant. 

In the future, I recommend you always warn tenants of the noise between apartments because it's a common complaint. if you warn them up front, you can shut down complaints easier in the future.

It seems like I would need to shut down my previous LLC in Arkansas and create a new one in my new state.

Went by yesterday and the notice is no longer there, but the door is shut and there are furniture and staff in the house.
