Recently Moved and LLC was Based in my previous state
I moved not long ago from Arkansas to Tennessee. It seems like I would need to shut down my previous LLC in Arkansas and create a new one in my new state. However, I was planning on purchasing new properties in my new state under my own name utilizing an umbrella policy. I was told there is something called Incsmart that would allow me to maintain my LLC in my previous state. I researched, but I am still unclear if this is a good strategy. Anyone have experience with this or have some insight?
Thanks in advance!
