Personally I feel like this is too many and no offense to any of the tenants can’t imagine why between the 6 of them they can’t afford the rent.

Building homes is fulfilling and lucrative but I often feel like my days are spent just chasing down contractors and materials, and pointing out everything that is wrong with work that has been completed.Over the last ~6 months I thought long and hard about all my options.

It was really odd, I did not feel comfortable with that %4.1 rate and I immediately got into research mode because I know I saw an article about this fee being cancelled on August 1 2021.
