Let's say in a 5-4-3-2-1 the rate is 8.000% if you choose to buy out 24 months of PPP to a 3-2-1 PPP the rate could go up lets say to 8.500% Now, these are of course not real numbers or quoted rates, Im just using it as an arbitrary example.

The old saying “it’s a numbers game” real;y applies here.  

Comps in the area are all sold for 350-370, but who knows they could have sold it as the listed price but didn't post the real sale value of the house after incentives were applied.

Or even the benefits/cons of that relationship being long term?
