I still think then you should pay it off rapidly (less than 3 years).I see the math, if you pay 2% on a car loan and earn 10% elsewhere, then you are better off that way, but its not just about math. how about options?

If a "currency war" occurs (and this isn't alarmist, there was a good story on it on CNBC over the past few days), things could change rapidly again and then, yes, we would be in a bubble because rents likely couldn't increase fast enough to keep up with the increase in the cost of financing that would occur due to weaker currencies.But if interest rates were to increase more gradually, then I would say we're not as "bubbly".

For rapid growth in a matter of days or weeks, I would not have thought it was a "natural" progression.As landlords, I would suggest that all bathrooms have an exhaust fan that can turn over the air inside that room at least five times.
