It's way more likely that you are going to get conventional financing using your personal SS# and tax returns,2: Vesting: When you close, the deed will probably have you listed as the grantee, but like heather does, you can QC the property into the LC pretty quickly and easily.BUT - You really should discuss your strategy with your CPA and a RE attorney.
