In reality, there will be some mental shuffling going on in that as money gets contributed to my 401k, an equal value of stocks and index funds will no longer be considered part of that untouchable nest egg (dividends and appreciation of the assets within the nest egg stay to keep it growing though).

A short while ago i bought an online course titled invest four more by mark ferguson on how to fix & flip. i actually found it very informative & it was not expensive at all (compared to all the real estate gurus). hes offering a promotion on a very comprehensive package which seems to be very good & also very cheap does anyone know if he's legit?

Long story short, after working extremely hard, I was promoted from the warehouse to Counter Sales, then dug deep into learning as much as I possibly could through training classes on the products, because if I am going to do something I'm going to be the best, I was promoted to management about a year ago.
