@Derek Vaughn it may be of benefit to you to go talk to a civil engineer and find out what they think as far as what you'd be able to get on the lot.

This will give you the benefit of vastly increasing the average age of your credit accounts.After that, your score should increase relatively rapidly.

The benefit being it would come out tax free in retirement.

The detail is great and should be a huge benefit to folks putting one of these together.

They hold the funds, sign the documents, cut the checks for acquisition & expenses and receive the income - all for the benefit of the IRA and at your direction.
