A long uphill battle for sure but if I can pull it off the fish population around the world will will fear me after my retirement. 

And to think that 60% of the world's population still doesn't even have access to the internet. 

Cities such as yours, (and near me such as Pittsburgh, PA and Morgantown, WV) have much less movement in our populations than say, Las Vegas, NV or Orlando, FL.  

Huntley has been coming on strong in recent years, and has had solid population growth especially with families in the last few years as well.

Learn about what the market rent rates are (because these could be higher or lower than what the current rent-roll is), what the schools are like, if the population is on the rise or is decreasing, crime statistics, etc.  

And NY is a pretty densely populated area.

I realize that might be a bleeding heart fantasy and recipe for financial ruin, but I'm a big ideas and problem-solving kind of person.So: suggestions for setting up a property management process with this rental population in mind?

We don't have the huge job/population growth here in Ohio.
