We just finished doing the comprehensive and plumbing inspection last week and will need to decide if we want to move forward with this property soon.There are two major repairs that I would like to get estimates on.

Moving a few walls aren't too bad, however if they took out kitchens/bathrooms and reworked electrical and plumbing, you are looking at a bigger bill.The pool can be good/bad.

looking to finish a 18x12 shed on a concrete pad..it will have plenty of electricity ..finished drywall walls and ceiling...windows..beautiful matching outside finish...this will be in Cotswold neighborhood.. it will have heating and air conditioning...no plumbing no bathroom.. 

If there is someone that does electric or plumbing that would also probably be a good gig to learn. 

If I ask for disclosures on structural defects, plumbing, electrical, etc., is the seller required to provide them?

Assuming I find land in a growing residential market with access to water, plumbing, etc, do you think I could buy a plot and resell in 2-3 years? 

In the last few weeks there have been a few companies come in and out of their home (plumbing, HVAC, and electrician) which leads me to believe they are possibly getting ready to sell the home.

I learned plumbing, electricity, structural and getting better with A/C, i do all the work myself.

We did the site clearing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, and kitchen ourselves.

I see that some single family homes that pop up on the MLS have converted studios in the backyard, but I'm not sure if I would be able to run plumbing to something like that to possibly convert to an "airbnb" situation.
