Moving a few walls aren't too bad, however if they took out kitchens/bathrooms and reworked electrical and plumbing, you are looking at a bigger bill.The pool can be good/bad.

looking to finish a 18x12 shed on a concrete pad..it will have plenty of electricity ..finished drywall walls and ceiling...windows..beautiful matching outside finish...this will be in Cotswold neighborhood.. it will have heating and air conditioning...no plumbing no bathroom..

I see that some single family homes that pop up on the MLS have converted studios in the backyard, but I'm not sure if I would be able to run plumbing to something like that to possibly convert to an "airbnb" situation.
