@Abid R.The entity structure normally depends on how much money will be generated by the entity, the entity type of the investors(individuals, exempt organizations, foreigners, etc), allocation split amongst the investors, etc.I think REIT is prolly overkill - but you should discuss with an accountant if an LLC or corp is best suited for you.

The long-term, light at the end of the tunnel goal, is to be able to slow down finally and sit back and reap the rewards of my efforts.Right now, I'm starting to focus attention on re-organizing a lot of the information I'm learning right now, and presenting it to myself in a way that lets me know what steps I should be taking next.

I would definitely recommend West Tampa, Seminole Heights and some pockets in Sulphur Springs for a faster than usual appreciation (just an educated guess, nothing is set in stone).
