Tampa Bay Househack Advice..

Hello BP! I'm new to the world of Real Estate investment but have been spending the past few months saving funds and gaining knowledge about the world of investing.  For any local investors and/or local agents.  How's the market like currently amidst all the chaos?  Are there certain areas of Tampa to avoid/look for in particular (high growth)?  Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated!  I'm looking on doing a househack sometime in the latter part of the year.
