Most people who like these markets have different objectives and accept the trade off of the lower return for the possibility of a more stable tenant.

It's pretty easy to do where I market, but some areas don't have access on line. 

The three day bootcamp is a good way to learn how much you don't know - but don't get tempted by the online websites and data sourcing they can provide you.

What are your opinions about online schools?

One said to put the income into the specific property as rental income and the other said to add it into the part of the interview that would make it show up on line 21 of the 1040.  

This is very expensive-Data Science - This is important for various reasons for marketing and for observing investor behavior in an online environmentWe have all of these skillsets in our funding platform.  

You can do all this online yourself but again, I would skip the LLC.

Find a broker that will help you identify sites both listed and not listed online, you'll be glad you did.
