How important is it to get all these done within 45 days so as not to negatively effect my credit score?

My question - if I put in offers on say 5 of them at the same time, but honestly I only want to procure 3 (based on my financial feasibility), and if all 5 offers are accepted, how do I get out of the other 2 (before spending on inspection to back out)???

I fear that you spend $96k to add <$40k value and start with a negative position in excess of $50k.  

I would roll over some of my old 401k to the solo401k to start the funding.I just dont know how the k-1 negative ordinary income would flow into the Schedule C and how the cap gains at the end would flow? 

They virtually always are a negative value add implying they add less value than they cost.

Your rent may not match your mortgage, so minimum if not negative cash flow in many cases.
