So if you got a $500,000 loan for a $500,000 house with a leasehold structure and you decide to sell 5 years later and you paid a total of $100,000 on the loan leaving a balance of $400,000 but the home sold for $300,000 due to the depreciating nature of the property, then you would have to pay the loaner $400,000 - $300,000 = $100,000.

That said, if this hurts your reviews, an experiment of that nature may be costly to recover from.Cleaning & stocking is not glamorous or particularly difficult work, but it is important work.

While not building a cash flow yet from these - I feel like the loan being paid down each month and getting some natural growth in value over time will help - or at least I hope for these two.I made a ton of mistakes during these first purchases (and this is coming from someone that knew NOTHING about real estate or had any friends/family who gave me advice.)
