I've been fortunate enough to hop onboard the social media marketing strategy and seen incredible results compared to the dwindling snail mail campaigns. 

One is about 2 feet in diameter  Just wondered if anyone else has tried this remedy and what results you got.

Rios Foundation (no relation to Victor apparently) was used by a friend with good results and pricing.  

1 question though, I think my search criteria pulled up a lot more results prior to what I found today.

We use listsource.com primarily to search for leads because we are able to target a certain area and narrow down the results based on specific criteria such as bedroom count, equity %, median price range, etc. 

The proforma includes $600 for ALL maintenance on all four units.Anyways, not saying it's wrong - not my market, not my niche ... just saying it doesn't match my experience ... and I would need big convincing that they were correct.

I'm looking to analyze DeRidder, LA, but trulia and realtor.com are both saying "no results found" and zillow only lists 11 in the past year.

Some hype says that you can retire in 3 years or less, but if you really dig down and get rid of the "Results Not Typical" to find the "This is what MOST people who really did what needs doing, got and how long it really took." we find that a more realistic time is 10 years. 

Search terms like "I need to sell my house", something along those lines should return wholesaler results.
