i texted saying ' Happy Monday XYZ..quick reminder about MArch rent..i did not see cozy email alert about rent payment intiation yet'He responded back as below'Yes sir i will be later rent will be paid on friday first thing.

So I buy foreclosed properties at the foreclosure sales (well I did until March of 2020).

"We regret to inform you that after 5 years, WilliamPaid will be no longer processing rent payments.If you are an existing user of our service, we will stop processing new payments at 11:59PM CST, March 5, 2015."

My lease is up March 1st, so about 6 weeks or so prior to my lease being up I started looking for apartments and found one that would allow me to move in mid-Feb so I wouldn't have to pay a full months rent.The PM contacted my current apartment complex.

Now, I have a second rental about to be ready (hopefully March 1st), can I do accelerated depreciation on its appliances without having to pay for a study since I know exactly how much everything cost?

When the market crashes and it will.....you can then march in and buy 2 or more for what you'd pay for 1 now....happy to help any way that I can! 

Properly done, a check for rent due in March but received on February 27 is logged as being receive on that date. 

February and March are better.
