@Meghan McCallum I have someone i can recommend, hes reliable and full of energy and gets work done.

Those portable A/C units are a huge energy drain.

I am looking for other options as the transfer of the property with go to me on September first and starting an eviction and transferring it over usually results in wasted time and energy since the lawyer I talked to said I would most likely have to start the proceedings over. 

@Andrew Gallegos first i'd recommend focusing your energy away from being mad at gurus.

Don't freak out or keep thinking about it, your just wasting energy.

Yep, it's a waste of energy to try to change someone.

we installed a separate electric radiator (with liquid heating elements, more energy efficient), in my daughters room so she can have the temp she wants.

However, for me personally I would just move on and put that energy into creating more income and finding another deal!
